Aliester Crowley wants all Level 5's captured for some unknown reason. So, to be safe, Mikoto Misaka goes to Washington D.C. When she finds the Justice League, they introduce her to the team. Together, they need to discover what Aliester wants. But when the 'Level 5's' are released, something different.... and Mikoto discovers something.. strange about her genetics...

In this world, the teen titans and young justice both exist. But they don't know of each other existence except for two members. Robin and Jay worked with young justice for a couple years, until leaving to form the teen titans. Now they're back with young justice.
