The tear in space throws the crew of the Journeyman into a reality similar to their own, a conflict that will decide the fate of all organic life in this strange, alternate universe.

The Galvanic mechamorphs were living they're peaceful lives on galvanic B, the moon that orbits Galvin prime. Suddenly a rift composed of unknown energy and sucked in the entirety Galvin B in the mass effect universe. (I don't own either of the properties so here's to fill in because I can't come up with original designs that satisfy me so here, plus this is to help start a ball rolling to get people to write galvanic mechamorph fanfics.)
