(Not related to mass effect relays, this is not a prequel) After destroying the reapers, Shepard wakes up in a hospital room, where she recovered from her injuries, only to discover: 1.she's suffering from partial amnesia and 2. the world she saved is still as broken as she is: stranded aliens, the council based on earth and one of her friends possibly plotting to betray her. This is a fan fiction for Mass Effect 3. I was prompted to write a short story from the POV of a character who isn't really explored during the games. The story was to be around 250 words and take place during an event that actually occurred during the series.

I finished the series for the 800th time, and, as usual, was disappointed with the ending, and the only way to get the possibilities to stop bouncing around my head was to give them life.
