Many years have passed since Harry Potter became the master of death. Dominating over the dimensions he has decided it is time to take on a new life partner. What if that partner was Tom Riddle? This story is currently being published in Ao13, in case anyone wants to read it there.

As Mantis is holding Thanos, he is pulled into his mind where he has a conversation with his dead Kids. Once released, he stops his fight for universal "balance" and gives the infinity gauntlet to Death inorder to regain his children.

Tom and Harry are soulmates in every sense of the word. They are partners in crime (surprisingly, it isn't usually murder), lovers, and there was that whole fiasco with Harry being a horcrux at one point, so. They would both say "Till death do us part" but the fact that Harry is the Master of Death, and Tom is his soulmate, means that neither of them can actually die. Harry seeks answers regarding the recent phenomenon of people not dying, causing immense suffering. Despite his resentment towards Death, Harry knows that he is the only one who can provide the answers. The god of death however, is not a benevolent being and has his own wishes. Harry is given an ultimatum. Or: Death being mean and Harry wants to protect his friends.

Harry dies and ends up meeting Death, who is not happy at what has been happening to the wizarding world and his little master. So Death sends Harry to Tom Riddle's third year in hopes of preventing that future from happening, as well as giving his master a chance at a better and happier life. Or Death just does what it wants.

After the sorting of 5th year, the wizarding world (All of them... even the death ones) are summoned to Hogwarts to watch something by Lord Death. They will react to their Alternate Universe, the TCF universe. Unknown to them, Harry and Cale have some bonds. What will happens next?
