A short story about a girl I met in Istanbul.

It's the summer holidays for Amy whos best friend has been away on holiday. Nicole, Amy's mum meets Mandy, the new neighbour. Amy then becomes good friends with Mandy's son Adam but what will he think when they start school together. Amy's secret will be revealed.

I never expected it to last, not because I didn't love him or because he didn't love me. That was never the reason, the reason was just the opposite. We loved each other too much, too passionately. It was an all consuming love and it burned too bright, and the thing about love like that is that it ends too quickly. Still I never expected it to end so suddenly either, I didn't expect for my world to crash so fast.

This was just a quick little memoir that I wrote for an assignment in school and I felt like adding it to wattpad. I hope u enjoy. :)

Once upon a time...I believe it was a Tuesday when I caught your eye... She never thought an innocent crush could ruin her life... This is mainly just one story about a time when I was at school. I live with chronic headaches and often times, have really painful episodes that I do not know how to deal with. This is one of those times. I may add more stories at a later date.

All of the stuff that is in here is all the stuff that's happened to me. You may or may not cry, I don't know. But this me and what I've basically been through.

People will tell you that when one door closes, another opens. But these things are not necessarily simultaneous. When you shut the door on your past, there's a time when you're in darkness, scrabbling around for the handle to the door to the future. And you've got to decide who's going to walk through that door.

You'd think seeing a dog getting the shit knocked out of it on my first evening out as a teenager would give me pause. Nope. It marked what would eventually happen to me, as tried to escape my dysfunctional family, but managed to mess my life up with drugs, females, and alcohol.
