She breathed feeling fresh tears prick her eyes. Before he had a chance to say anything she reached behind her opening the door as she let her eyes study him. His facial features were coated in a mix of emotions the only one she cared to take notice of was pain, and she knew she was the cause of it. She took note of how his jeans hang below his hips undone as his chest heaved from chasing her realizing this might be the last time she would see him. She thought of the moments they spent in each other's arms trying to give herself a second chance to change her mind but she just didn't feel the same. "Take care." Was the last thing he heard before she walked out letting the wind slam the door on his broken heart.
