When I write 'Mental Health isn't Real,' it likely evokes a reaction of confusion. It should be clear that it is very real, and the title is only a dramatic representation of where my head is at.

Age Range: Usually 3-8 years old. (Written after a very close loss and found it hard to find materials that actually explain this properly to a child in a way that they can understand, so I created my own story to share with those who were affected the most by loss and grief.)

Already in Hell is a powerful book retelling my domestic abuse story, from start to finish, with excruciating detail. I hope to give those who have never experienced DV an inside look into the true horrors it can become and how it progresses. I hope to inspire any current DV victims to become survivors. Sharing my story is incredibly difficult, but if this helps one victim become a survivor, or a family finally understand why their loved one chose to stay for so long, I will consider it a success.
