Umm... hey there. When I'm not feeling good mentally, I turn to poetry. It helps me understand myself, so I'm hoping these poems help you understand what you are going through. They might not be relatable at times, or they might be the most relatable thing you've read, but I hope they make you feel better. Or at least make you realize you aren't alone. I hope you have a good day, no, a good life.

Vaelyra has to leave everything she knows to live a dream that isn't hers. At the war academy Vacarce, one of the many gods has to gift the students with a piece of magic for them to move on from the test period. Her magic is unknown to the world. Without time to search more about it, her magic and who it came from remains a mystery. Vaelyra gets more drawn to the second-year Arcen. When the test period is over, the whole school gets thrown into a week of deadly games. Vaelyra realizes that there is something about her relationship with Arcen that she doesn't know of. The games don't only end lives, and trust gets put to the test. Her mental health becomes worse until she can't take it anymore. Friends become enemies as secrets unravel. All she wants to do is give up, but that would only prove her weak. She has to fight for her life not to become a trophy in their game. This ends on a cliffhanger and I'm currently working on book two.

Megan has always been good at understanding people. Their expressions. Their habits. The little things they try to hide from everyone else. It's what makes her different. It's what makes her helpful. With the help of heroes-in-the-making and some old allies, L will travel to the Demon realm, where a new Demon King has appeared. He also happens to be the main suspect. But first, L has to regain control of her magic(that went mad), the heroes-to-be have to get trained (they're kids) and the militaries have to find out who the spy is (yes, there's a spy).

The facility is normal. 
The staff are kind. The patients are manageable. That's what you believed when you started working there. They follow their schedules. They attend their sessions. They behave. Until it comes to you. Some wait for you. Some watch you. Some don't like when you spend time with anyone else. It starts small-requests, conversations, familiar faces. But routines are important here. And once you become part of theirs... they don't like it when you change.

It's hard to grasp that life goes on even when you're not moving. Even the moments you close your eyes something is changing in your life if you like it or not. You can kick and scream and pout but nothing changes it, no matter what you do, it's up to 'fate' to decide your path. A poem I wrote during my days in the psych ward. it begins with some of the misconceptions people have about a psych ward, then goes on to talk about who's actually there, and what actually happens there, then ends with a bit of advice.

-TRIGGER WARNING- Struggling with depression and suicidal tendencies, you were alone in the world before Sam Winchester burst in, saved your life- and stole your heart. You were a rainy day but Sam was the sun: bright, warm and beautiful. The sun chases the night away, doesn't it? Maybe- just maybe- you had something to live for after all. But some storms are too dark for even the sun to shine through....

I don't know maybe I'm not very mentally stable but this seems pretty romantic to me

Thalia has been imprisoned for over a century, the rest of her people died in the war, she is the last of her kind. She must escape, she must take vengeance. But what does a century of imprisonment, betrayal of a most trusted friend, and a universe of loneliness do to a person's mind? Is there still enough of her left to avenge her family? Is there enough left to live? This just kinda started as a whim idea I had a few years ago, then started writing it in my creative writing class free write assignments my senior year. Now I'm putting it here. All OC's, all original world and etc, artwork also mine. Likely won't be updated often. Chapters will be very short.
