Barnacles on the other paw doesn't know what to do with Kwazii's casual flirting... or with the warm feeling that bubbles up in his chest when it happens. The rest of the Octonauts are left to watch this messy wave of emotions, setting up a friendly bet on whether or not the polar bear and the tabby will ever get together...
