Just another love story about one of the most opposite couples. Mello, a go getter, dressed in all black, radiating sass and determination. Near, a pale, thin adorable boy with white hair and an obsession with toys. Seems unlikely that these polar opposites attract... But what happens when they do? Will their relationship go down in flames? Or possibly develop into something worth fighting for? Based on Death Note, Mello x Near. (Not my fan-art) Mello and Near were forced to work on a project together for a course of three days, and Mello becomes obsessed with the idea of controlling and punishing Near. (Includes MelloxNear, abuse, addiction, thoughts of murder, murder suicide, and fluff.)

He told her she was the flaw in his code. Told her that she was a mistake, a compromise. He dubbed her a new Beyond Birthday. She looked at him and nodded, she smiled and accepted. She wore the title proudly. Uncaring that it was meant to be an insult, but also a warning. A girl surrounded by death all through out her life, suddenly thrust into the world where a notebook of death exists. She didn't cower away, she stepped forward and cracked her knuckles, ready to get the job done. Join Flaw as she did her best to capture Kira. To prove to L that she is worthy of being his successor. That she isn't another Beyond. She is her own persona. She is Flaw.

This started out as a oneshot for my friends birthday, but then I got bored and added another chapter. I guess we'll see where this goes. It could end up a fully functioning fanfiction.

This is my first legit fanfic, as in I haven't written one since early high school when I used a self insert OC in everything so... Anyway, Mello is sent by L to investigate an interesting case at a supposedly haunted children's park. Much to his suprise, Near is sent there, too. They must learn to work together to solve the mystery. And maybe some other stuff too ;)

Slow updates as I have lost most of my interest in writing death note! I'm sorry! Updates are still going to happen just probably rarely!! these r just a collection of meronia age regression oneshots that I wrote/write and wanted to share! feel free to suggest something but I can't guarantee I'll write it. near is the age regressor in this and mello is his carer. near regresses from ages 0-8 but is usually 3 or 5. most of the oneshots dont correlate with the others but if it does I'll let you know before!

I hated him. From the moment I laid my eyes on him. I don't quite understand why. Maybe it was because he was always better at me in everything.
