Messyhealing Stories

"Inside of me is a story of self hate. Inside of me is a story of grace." Stitch Me Together, like the writer, is a work in progress and will be a collection of poetry that comes from a place of brokeness and messy healing. The writer recounts her life experiences and shares very real and raw material from childhood abuse, addiction, surviving domestic violence, Faith and living with C-PTSD. Stitch Me Together is an emotional roller coaster of highs and lows and everything in between.
