It's about two friends that meet the turtles after they save them

Metamorphosis. It is a process of change, that totally transforms what "was" into what "is". That which was decomposing, now has a brand new pre-requisite. Unconsciousness now moves as conscious footsteps. The mind that was once lost without hope, develops through the acquisition of knowledge. This leads to further understanding of which way it should go. Lessons are learned, and self-respect is earned, as one travels, and gains wisdom; through many paralleled dimensions of experience.

It's all quite unfinished the whole gist of it, but it's usually the way. A good old book of poetry and an unnecessary sense of concentrated teenaged angst sorry.

Things have already become a bit mad over at this landfill. They're testing out a new chemical, Catbeth, and its freaking so many people out. As part of the press team, Mike does his best to explain the effects of it effectively so that it may calm everyone drown. A few accidents, though, will frighten everyone. Oh yeah, and that chemical gives Matt super powers or something.
