A short, compassionate guide for anyone trying to find their way after experiencing sexual assault. This book does not offer quick fixes or tell you how you should feel. Instead, it focuses on the things that may matter most in the aftermath: understanding that it was not your fault, dealing with difficult emotions, finding safe people to turn to, seeking professional support, and slowly rebuilding a sense of safety and control. You do not have to be ready to talk. You do not have to report what happened. You do not have to heal on anyone else's timeline. This guide is simply a reminder that what happened to you does not define you - and that you deserve support, safety, and compassion.

People are born . Classes are taken . Lessons are learnt . Literacy is inadequate . Education is a joke. Nihilists should be slaughtered. Gourmand left to starve. Lecherous off the phallus. Vainglorious should live as a loner. IRA to be burnt alive . Societies were built on lies . Wars were won . Infamy is in our blood . People in end die. Hence life is a meaningless joke. Everything we stood for is relative and so delusional ~dark lord

This Quick-Start Guide for massaging women is for all massage therapists concerned about whether the recent #MeToo phenomenon in the USA and around the world has made it more difficult to offer massages to women. Some people have said that now therapists need to be more careful, be even more ethical than before, keep their heads down and even focus on other clientele besides women. Other therapists feel uncomfortable if female clients talk about personal issues in the massage room and many male therapists are afraid of a lawsuit. Massage therapist and author Oliver Chapman argues that this is NOT the message of #MeToo and that, when it comes to massaging women, there's nothing to fear. In this book he offers an alternative approach to massaging women that he has personally found successful, grounded in empathy, genuineness, mindfulness, and in great love and unconditional positive regard for women. Packed with information, the volume runs at only 34 pages but gives a solid outline for all therapists to hit the ground running and get started attracting women clients. Put this new approach to massage into practice and watch the number of female clients rise higher than you could ever imagine! Pick up a copy and get started today!

This is the story of how I realized that I was raped, 6 months later. It has been a few days since the discovery and I am unable to say it out loud yet. I still do not fully comprehend what happened to me and I still question whether it counts or not everyday. Writing this has made me view that situation as it is and helped me get my emotions out through words. I do not know whether it has made me feel a bit better or whether I just feel numb but one can hope that it's just what recovering feels like. Comment whether you believe it counts or not.

This collection of works is in no way romanticizing mental illness and is meant as a way to vent. Read at your own risk or don't read at all. But if you can relate give it a like. Not all of the poems/ shorts are about mental illness.

A SMALL COLLECTION OF SHORT STORIES BASED ON HARASSMENT AND WHAT IT MEANS ----- "It's not that you don't understand that no means no. The problem is that you understand a little too well. You enjoy it. You find it pleasurable. I find it despicable." ----- Please raise awareness about these issues! Also be aware that these characters are purely fictional, and not based on anyone. They are supposed to be universal -hence the withholding of names. Their opinions are not strictly mine, and if you disagree; that is fine. To be human is to be unique, and to argue. Just please, don't attack me and act like I'm just writing my opinion to get you angry.
