In a world where flesh eating monsters and people whose hearts were destroyed along the way ruled, Lorelei Tylers scavenged her way through the harsh and corrupt society, only with the hope that there would always be another sunrise. From what was a lost memory became a world full of family, love, and acceptance. ---------------------------- • Daryl Dixon x FemOC ! • Started: July 10, 2026 • Finished: ??? • Warnings and Information, please read! This story contains spoilers, mentions of abuse, suicide, and other difficult topics. This story is a slow-burn and I will not be mischaracterizing Daryl or any other characters so don't expect them to just fall in love immediately. Let's say you're a criminology student who lives in the Midwest. Out of curiosity you try to get more information about your friends death. You accidentally end up falling into a rabbit hole and start your own investigation. Trying to solve this mystery you find out how much deeper this mess actually goes. So you just try to stop, multiple times but you still keep getting dragged in. Getting stalked and targeted by 4 murderers wasn't really your goal but oh well! Will you survive after finding out about the paranormal part of this situation or not? Will you accept the help from the "red frowny faced mask fucker" or not? Find out and read! (Slow burn! Self insert! Neutral-masc reader! No smut!) (don't recommend reading this under 16 years of age) (Also! Ik Hoodie & Masky are from marble hornets, I just rly like the mh x crp crossover. I also don't claim the other crp/mh character unless I say so & ticci Toby was created by kastoway.)

Before the tripods, Jaime Irvine was just trying to drop a second off her 200 IM. She woke at 5:00 AM. She ate pancakes her mother made. She sat next to Lauren Aguilar in the cafeteria and complained about taper madness. She tied her hair only for races and wore her glasses everywhere else. She had a state championship. A swim banquet where she held Lauren's hand under the table. Three arcade outings that felt like forever. One night between prelims and finals where she sang karaoke and almost felt invincible. That was 2025. Summer 2026: The aliens don't care about her personal best. Three legs. Heat rays. Red weed in the Mississippi. Jaime and Lauren have one advantage: Jaime knows how to hold her breath. The Last Flip Turn is not a hero story. It is a survivor story. It follows two teenage girls through the ordinary wreckage of junior year and into an extraordinary nightmare. There are no generals, no speeches, no last-minute rescue. Only a swimmer, her best friend, and the slow, terrible realization that the only thing keeping them alive is everything they already learned in the pool. Breathe. Flip. Push off. Repeat. Inspired by War of the Worlds (2005).

Mason Forsberg is #12 for the Ridgeview High-varsity football, but mostly from the bench. While his best friend Logan Giese racks up highlights and big plays, Mason's stuck watching, tired of the limited snaps and the constant feeling that he's just... overlooked. Around the guys, he's all in-joking, hyping, easy. But around girls? Super shy, words tangled, and a little clumsy-spilling drinks, tripping over compliments, the works. The girls on the volleyball team (according to Makkena "Kenna" Christenson, Logan's girlfriend) see him as the "cute and comedic guy"-endearing in his awkwardness, always good for a laugh. But to Mason, it's just another reason he'll probably never get a real girlfriend. Dating talk now hits different: short answers, forced smiles, quick subject changes, that quiet defeated slump. Then there's Lydia-Kenna's best friend on the volleyball team, kind and sweet, but shy around boys when she's on her own. With Kenna and Siri by her side, though, she lights up-laughing, talking, even teasing a little. Their worlds overlap constantly: post-game hangouts, school nights, group chats. Neither knows how to act when it's just the two of them-awkward silences, stolen glances, both blushing at the smallest things. But in the group, with her friends as backup, Lydia starts to see the guy who's loyal and funny (even when he doesn't mean to be), and Mason starts to wonder if being "cute and clumsy" could actually be enough for someone who gets it. In a small Midwest high school where football Fridays and volleyball seasons collide, two shy people start figuring out that maybe the best connections come from not being perfect... just being real. Clean teen romance | High school sports | Mutual shyness | Cute clumsy guy | Friends-to-more | Feeling overlooked | Small-town vibes | Volleyball & football crossover

    - Currently in severe editing mode. - In many ways, people are like crooked teeth. Flawed, misshaped or formed, different. Never perfect. In the lives of Will Turner, Aislyn Kennedy, and Natalie Rivers, these flaws are shown with each layer that's peeled away and each wall that's broken down, slowly revealing each and every dark secret they have. But with secrets, fear builds. And with fear building, how can these three live their lives knowing that any slip up could possibly mean social suicide? Evie Mae was, by all accounts, a simple woman living a simple life-which was exactly what she loved about it. Her small town(Apsen Indiana), tucked so far into the quiet that everyone truly did know everyone. Days began with the scent of rubbing alcohol and chatty customers at her father's pharmacy. Then ended under the vast, silent sky, tending to the stubborn patch of earth she called her homestead; and codependent farm animals she loves. Life was tranquil, manageable, and utterly devoid of incident. That is, until she became the center of a vampire's attention. The shift began subtly. One crisp morning, she walked out to her coop, expecting the usual chorus of squawks and clucking. Instead, she found silence. Her entire flock of hens lay scattered, perfectly still. There were no feathers flying, no signs of a struggle, and most unnerving of all, no blood. A predator would have left a mess. This was something else-a clean, surgical kind of horror that didn't belong in her quiet, predictable world.
