How can I conquer the demons inside my head?

My whole world was shattered. My heart was broken. I was depressed. I was alone and I was falling apart. My constant internal monologue was "I can't do this". Until I proved to myself that I could. Until I proved that I was an overcomer.

Feelings are annoying. Yet, she didn't want to become another empty shell. The thing is, you just have to let yourself fall, knowing you'll bounce back; and you have to let yourself fly, expecting to land. That's how the world works, and all we can do sometimes is embrace gravity. Because no matter how far things fly us up or drag us down, we'll always return to an equilibrium. She thought ignoring feelings would make her life easier, and maybe it did. But sometimes the best thing to do is just to find your balance between both sides.

One day, we all must learn, to love who we are, to no longer yearn, for who we are not.

A boy turns into a young man but losses some of the people that he cared for the most.

A five hundred word biography of one of the darkest moments in a teenager's life. This is my entry for the Mind Over Matter Contest here on Wattpad, inspired by the Netflix original, To the Bone. How I over come my own negative inner voice. This guy also has feelings for her but is afraid to lose their friendship. Then Loureign reunited with an old friend, Neil, who already forgot all the memories because of amnesia. This guy is dynamically admired by her best friend, Veronica. But when this guy soon admitted he was falling in love with her, she started to know what it feels being admired by someone. Will she choose the man who she loved first but is secretly in love with her and was afraid to tell her what he really felt? Or will she choose the man who was able to show his care and was brave and bold enough to tell her what he really feels for her even her best friend is dynamically in love with him?
