Once he and his best friends formed the Sidemen his life turned around to open up a great future. Sadly this did not get rid of his depression it, in a way, made it worse. With Josh being pansexual it made him an easy target for the haters in the YouTube comments. The only way for him to make himself feel 'good' was to cut; and he did just that. Josh is not the type to go to the doctors in order to feel better he'd always put it off. He didn't want help he wanted to do it on his own; it's his battle and he must fight for victory. Simon Minter, Josh's best friend, was always there to support him in anyway. With Simon being bisexual he was also a target to haters but was able to ignore the hatred towards him. Josh was attracted to Simon and found it really hard to keep his feelings hidden as he didn't think Simon felt the same way. Simon on the other hand did have some feelings towards Josh, he just didn't know how to tell him or show him. Hopefully the day will come and they can have a happy future together... Can't they?

"I know you're there." The boy managed to get out, causing Josh to freeze. "I-I'm n-not afraid..." the boy looked down, more tears escaping his eyes. "At least not any more." He stood up and wrapped his arms around his body, staring around the room. "They taught me to fear the darkness..." Trailing off, he looked directly at Josh, his blue eyes filled with something that Josh couldn't quite recognize, a look that sent shivers down Josh's spine. "No told me what went on in the light."

Neither knew who the other was, besides in real life where they were best friends. And falling in love with one another was going to make that a whole lot more complicated.

Eventually, they both developed feelings for each other but neither of them knew. Their roommates, JJ and Vikk, knew about it and they thought that it was time to settle this once and for all so they took matters in their hands.

Simon has gone off to camp. His mom felt like he was spending way too much time online and playing video games. What he didn't realize was that he was going to meet his first guy crush. Josh on the other hand is a bit of a bad boy. He puts on an act to show others that he is strong but he truly isn't. He ends up following his mothers foot steps. Will this ruin Josh's chance with Simon? Will this ruin Josh's chance of change?
