Thoughts of a bleeding mind. Sometimes, the darkest thoughts swirl to become the most beautiful dance when woven into words. To write calms me. Perhaps someone will know these feelings.

True Harrison is a plant loving shut in who was just out for their weekly food shop. but of course the zombie apocalypse just had to begin! now not only do I have to survive the apocalypse I have to deal with these groups of annoying survivors all the time! I just want to be left alone! (This story has a sarcastic and awkward main character but as many zombie stories it will have gore descriptions and heart breaking moment. Its still a work in progress so I guess TRIGGER WARNING for blood, gut, gore and swearing?)

Serendipity [ser-uhn-dip-i-tee]: noun, finding something good and unexpected; accidental good fortune. After a disastrous junior year, Kat Shaw wants nothing more than to disappear, but moving to Steel Bay, Maine to live with her estranged aunt will have to do. Despite her best efforts, Kat finds herself quickly becoming friends with a tight knit trio of misfits which includes the secretive and sarcastic Blake Eaton. Kat knows that she should keep her distance, but there's something about Blake that makes her think there's more to him than a surly attitude and questionable habits. Blake Eaton doesn't believe in love, or rather, he doesn't want to. He just wants to get the hell out of Steel Bay by any means necessary. When the new girl in town is suddenly thrust into his life, he finds himself inexplicably drawn to her. Kat is a mystery to him, with a broken smile and scars that go beyond skin deep. Blake is determined to figure her out, but he may just end up getting closer to her than he intended. Kat and Blake both have haunting pasts, making it difficult for them to trust, but can they push aside their insecurities and find a bit of this thing called serendipity.

The grey aliens known as Alpha and Jorg have settled into their home away from home upon our Earth; tucked away in an MIT laboratory. As they regail one another with stories of the many Earthly activities in which they've participated in order to pass copious amounts of time and the ever looming weight of boredom. One very mysterious, yet very forbodingly funky tune echoes throughout the Cosmos; serving as a kind of esoteric warning of things yet to come...

It's an apocalypse. No, not a zombie apocalypse; an apocalypse caused by a vicious mutation of the common flu-virus. Plenty of species have gone extinct by disease, famine, overpopulation, lack of resources. It's humanity's turn.
