A story that takes place 3 years after the stories of little nightmares one and two. Six felt bad about leaving Mono behind, so she thought that freeing him would redeem herself and her mind.

Trapped in the cruel and dark world of the Nowhere, Mono and Six need to learn to trust each other in order to survive and find hope. Despite never meeting before, throughout their journey Mono is followed by a dreadful feeling of déjà vu. Does he truly not know Six? And are his visions meant to come true? Deep in the forest, lives a creature of the moon. A giant wolf, who'd sing to the moon each and every night. In a nearby by kindgom, lived a young prince named Mono, who would always sneak out to find the wolf whose howl could be heard from his bedroom window. One day, he found the gaint wolf, but at a price. Now hoping to earn his forgiveness, Seven takes the strange human boy with him to find help for him. Can the two get along long enough for help to be given to the prince? Or will the wolf just have to finish what he accidentally started?
