I feel like the title is self-explanatory

After three years away, eighteen-year-old senior Cora Boone is finally free and returning to Stilllight, her Appalachian hometown with a tongue-twisting triple L that gives anyone who reads it a headache. Instead, he learned how to hide it, paying close attention to his body and keeping careful control over what no one else was meant to see. Nothing threatens that careful balance like Cora Boone walking back into Stilllight. Old memories surface. Old instincts flare. And this time, the thing he's fighting to control might not just be his seizures, but what he's always felt for her.
