The minute he saw her turquoise eyes he knew it was her. The emotions hit him hard as he saw the beautiful girl he destroyed. But why should he care he’s the player and she’s the girl on the top of his list. He’s won the game many times and he knows that. So he thought this was going to be easy. Plus, I must add - with a side-order of guilt - that this doesn't entirely match up with the epilogue of Mockingjay for which I'm sorry. I understand that Willow should be younger and shouldn't be quite as oblivious as she is but for the purpose of the story this is very important.
