It was just supposed to be a fun weekend. I want to go back in time and make sure none of this ever happened. Instead we're stranded here until we run out of food. Aurora and I were just messing around out here in the forest. We didn't believe anyone. Just a weekend alone, in the woods with no one to bother us. And it was great. At first.

Didn't Break Me, is my (condensed) personal story of emotional trauma and my decision to face it and do the hard work of healing. The message I hope to send within the pages of my short book is that healing from emotional trauma is possible and that sometimes our deepest pain paves the way to our deepest strength.
