HOW IS IT DIFF THAN THE MAIN PLOT?: When Pain offed himself to save the Leaf, Sasuke had killed Danzo, which angered the Leaf when he came back. He was an unexpected change in their focus, and for a while he was sought after as a Rogue Ninja. He was then caught without being killed as ordered by the 5Th Hokage and his actions were explained in full- including the bits about Itachi and the 3rd Hokage- but his anger and disappointment with the Leaf is still unsettled. Meaning, even though was no longer an outlaw & is back training with Team 7 & he has no idea why the Leaf let everything happen the way it did. Will still be angsty and angry to everyone. Tobi is yet to be caught, though all *known* data on him has been shared with all of the Shinobi during the Five Kage summit, where he actually snuck in using spore cells hidden on Danzo's body that were carried in on Sasuke without his knowledge.
