One day, when Fa Zhou (Mulan's father) decided to re-join the army to fight against the Huns, the two females decided to take his place by disguising themselves as males, in order to prevent him from getting killed in the battle. Joining the two are Mushu (a diminutive dragon who lost his position as a guardian) and Cri-Kee (a supposedly "lucky" cricket). Will Mulan and Everest stopped the Shan Yu and the Huns from destroying all of China and bring honor to the Fa Family? Notes: Mulan belongs to Disney Everest belongs to PAW Patrol

A slight twist on the story. Shang discovers Mulan's secret sooner and under different circumstances. It'll mainly be based on the original Disney film, but I'll add some of the live action plot points in too.
