Historias de Nakajimaatsushi

The sky wept for the lack of light, strangled by dark clouds hovering over New York City. It was a rare moment where the streets weren't filled with people, most taking refuge from the wailing sky. A young man and a raccoon take the opportunity to amble on home, basking in the solace the rain has brought. A scream, child-like and terrified, tears through the solitude. The man snaps his head up, a single violet eye peeking through dark bangs, confused and slightly annoyed. The raccoon chitters loudly and leaps off of the man's shoulder. "Karl?! What-" The man reaches forward in an attempt to grab the raccoon before it could run off, missing by a hair. He curses under his breath and begins to run after the animal. The rain falls harder, nearly blinding the man. He nearly slides off of his feet as he turns a corner, almost catching Karl. Something, no, someone, slams into him. He falls back with a huff, landing hard on the flooded street. Both eyes are revealed as he looks down, frowning. His expression freezes at the sight of sunset-colored eyes, terrified and lost. Tiny hands, pale and bruised, covered in scars, reach up to grab his shirt. "Tasukete!" Nothing is the same since. - I've had this thought for a while, because I think Edgar deserves some love (I love both the author and this character SO much) and I also think Edgar and Atsushi would get along so well. I haven't read or watched much of BSD, but I am reading as I go, so if things are inconsistent... I'm blaming it on the canon divergence. :P Anyways, I hope you all enjoy! He going to meet some people that are going to change his life completely and bring new challenges along the way. What will he discover about himself? "Thank you everyone." After leaving that organization, I stayed quiet and trying to forget every piece in it. I just don't know why everytime I close my eyes and think of something, the memories is what I've think of. I just want those memories I have with the organization vanished, just like how my own memories of my past vanished. There's something inside me that, whatever I do, good or bad, I still can't fill it in. How will I fill it in? I'm here at the bridge. I'm just watching everybody, like I always do, as an observant. Then, I look at the river, this river is not clear. I suddenly remember something. Something that I shouldn't remember anymore. I just want to be normal, but that wasn't the reason why I left that organization. After that massive destruction happen, I heard that, the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia work together to defeat the foreign criminals. How funny, right? Anyway, I want to join another organization for some reasons but I don't know what organization to join in. Because, I'm looking for a place where I could fit in but for sure, I'll soon, join the organization, that has someone like me and where I could fit in. I'm sure... about it... Waking up on 'that' day, you can't remember a single thing except for your name and a mysterious note that tells you to find someone you have no interest in finding. But, as luck would have it, your fate was left in the hands of synchronicity, which took you exactly where you needed to go; despite the aching numbness in your heart that wished otherwise. Oh, and you meet Dazai in the process, who goes on to make everything a lot harder for an amnesiac like you to stay grappled to reality.
