Dianne, a teenage girl, copes with the struggles of her life in Hopskinsville Insane Asylum after the death of her best friend and little brother. To escape reality, she explores strange dimensions in her mind, which she is convinced are real. One fateful day, after an argument with her mother, Dianne finds herself in a dimension that feels different to the others, one that seems more lifelike. A stranger tells her that if she travels to the "Passenger Dimension," an inner truth of her's will be revealed. Although reluctantly, she embarks on her journey, making a few friends along the way and eager to learn the identity of her brother's murderer, but, unfortunately, more lurks beneath the surface of the expedition than may seem. On her quest, can Dianne save the universe, speak to her deceased friend, and find out who killed her brother? Find out in Ultraviolet, a novella in which the deepest reaches of human consciousness are explored, and the thoughts we held to be true are challenged.

Whether or not Theodore Aspen (Theo, to his few friends) wanted to get dragged into the conflict between his old home, Terra, and his new one, Earth, that doesn't matter. He thought that by becoming an exchange student to Earth with his lupine best friend, Alaina, he would be able to leave his past as an orphan behind and find a new family. The second part happened. The first didn't, and now he's going to find himself on the front lines of the war that he wanted to flee, and it's all due to a few mistakes that he made (mostly, not realizing that his principal on Earth wasn't quite human; no, Mister Marlboro likes Camels, hates Terrans, and oh, wants them all dead. He's going to try all he can to make sure that that happens, and it's Theo and co's job to make sure that it doesn't.) They'll have to stay alive first, but so far so good, thankfully.
