The afternoon sunlight hit Sakura's face as she stepped out of one of Orochimaru's hideout corridors, calling out for Sai. She finally found him standing near the open rooftop area and immediately grabbed his collar. "What were you thinking?" she yelled angrily. "You came here planning to kill Sasumi, didn't you? Don't even think about trying anything stupid." As Sakura continued scolding him, Sai's eyes slowly shifted somewhere behind her. Then- "Sakura." A cold familiar voice. A voice she hadn't heard in three years. Sakura froze before slowly turning around. There she was. Sasumi Uchiha. At the same moment, Yamato finally caught up to them and stopped the moment he saw her. But Sasumi wasn't looking at any of them. Her eyes were fixed on the path Yamato came from. As if she was searching for something. Or someone. Sakura understood what sasumi was looking for. A bitter smile appeared on her face. "Looking for someone?" Sasumi didn't answer.
