Shikamaru Nara is painfully aware, with an IQ over doubling average while he's still in velcro shoes he's come to realise how shit life really is. A 13 year old Nara with no fixation has nowhere to go. That is until a certain perky blonde with more secrets than the mystery section worms his way into the ravens life. Is this a sign or a twisted goodbye?

The short story of love between Nara Shikamaru and Uzumaki Naruto.

If you were to ask these five boys how they felt about one another their answers will be different and the same. If you asked them to define their relationship their answers will all be different but the same.

A Naruto fanfiction. After a mission together, Naruto and Shikamaru can't get their minds off one another, but with their current workload, they continue to just miss each other, and aren't actually able to work anything out. Or, everyone else figures out that they're in love before they do. The main pairing is ShikaNaru, with appearances from ShikaNaru, LeeIno, SasuSaku, and NejiHina, very slight GaiKaka.

Modern AU Shikamaru Nara, CEO at 25 and ends up with a heir at his doorstep from the one and only Temari Subaku. Faced with a child is troublesome and so Nannies were the only option until he met someone in the same boat as him. Naruto Uzumaki, Homeless at 25 and the same morning as his eviction he receives his child from a one night stand Hinata Hyuga. Faced with the choice of giving up Boruto to the same system he was coming out of he met someone in the same boat as him. Two adults, two babies both sharing the same home. (Just a simple thing I wrote, might have been inspired by 'Meeting The Other Dad' in my oneshots book. But who knows *shrugs*)

There will also be slight sasgay bashing but he gains a character development later on in the book. Faded Memories. A time of blissful ignorance. How could Shikamaru forget? The time when he was at his peak of happiness.

Princess life is not ALWAYS what it's cracked up to be. Naruko kind of hates it. She hates going to different balls... She hates wearing fancy dresses... She hates meeting stuck-up princesses from other lands... She absolutely HATES meeting entitled princes who think she is supposed to swoon when they wink at her! Disgusting! Worst of all, She's not even allowed to leave the castle but her big brother, Deidara is? So not fair. She wasn't even going that far, Mother! She just wants to go past the magical barrier and find out what's so special about that area of Konoha that's always so dark. Why is it a patch of a dark kingdom sectioned off from their land? Why is it forbidden? What does that land have to do with the Men of Blood Eyes?

I know this is a bit different, but I found out about ShikaNaru, and I wanna write it... So yeah... Enjoy I guess. Also, this one doesn't have any explicit dialogue or anything, but future ones...
