When Lucy and Amy Spades lose their parents in an accident, they meet the famous Jack Kelley of the Manhattan Newsies. They live with Jack for a while, until the strike happens. Lucy needs to get help for it, and will meet someone along the way.

A girl called Laila has always knew spot they've been friends since they were young but when spot becomes friends with jack Kelly and his friends Laila realises her love for spot, as loads of jacks friends try to get with her. She had only just noticed how overprotective spot is of her.

Victory had a worse reputation than the newies Spot Colon. No one really knows him other than He's a newsie who was always alone and even works alone. No one even knew where he lives what happens when he meets Jack Kelly and his group of newsies. Then the strike happens. Will he help them or let them do it by themselves? With the portal slowly appearing closer and closer to her with each passing day, Kit knows she can't stay in the past forever. But something is holding her back, and she's determined to figure out what it is. Can Kit keep up the facade without slipping up that she's from the future? Why was she sent to the past? Who was that blonde girl she saw downtown? Would it be crazy if a psychic could answer all her questions in asinine riddles? Follow Kit on her adventure to the 20th century. Everyone knows that being a newsie is hard work, but few know the difficulties of leading them every day, and even fewer know how hard running Brooklyn is. When Race is welcomed into Brooklyn, he gains direct access to the most mysterious newsie in New York - Spot Conlon. As Spot warms to Race's awkward but endearing personality, he shows him a new side to the leader of the Brooklyn newsies. But as the strike comes to pass, and Spot's hidden past comes to light, Race becomes conflicted, only knowing one thing for sure... it's a long way down. WARNINGS: This work will deal with topics including - Mental Health Violence Time-related attitudes (there are mentions/ inferences of homophobia) - The word 'gay' is not used, as it was not used in the 1890s, however no slurs are used either. - This may be uncomfortable specifically for people who have religion-related trauma in regard to sexuality. (Completed) Manhattan newsie Spades Giovanni is one of the most observant (and VERY obnoxious) newsies there are, allowing her to see flaws in the system that the others can't. In this book, she realizes the hypocrisy, dictatorial nature, recklessness, and how centered around Jack, Davey, and Les the newsies union is.

The strikes settled and life is going pretty good for the newsies... until it isn't. Strange things keep happening to the newsies and it only keeps getting worse. Race is navigating what it means to be a family and have faith in his friends. Through the hard times and the fights, and that Jack "won't let him do nothin'" as he would say. He's having a hard time depicting what is a good decision and a bad one. And if the right one could be bad? Jack's struggling with what it means to be a good leader. And weather his family or his duties as a leader should come first. He's overwhelmed and confused. Spot his hard exterior and stubbornness may cause him some problems in the near future. Spot learns some lessons from friends about how important it is to ask for help when needed, before things get too out of hand. He also needs to learn how to manage his not-so-secret crush on a certain Blonde Manhattan Newsboy. Davey's just trying to be there for the others, with trying to not get his little brother killed and Trying to not lose his mind with Jack's decisions. The newsies are terrified. Follow the newsies on an adventure of heartbreak, and love, happiness and pain, anger and sadness... and through what might be the starting of a borough wide war. ⚠️I swear quite a bit during this fic so if you are uncomfortable with that I don't think it's best to read it. Also there will be some violence so just a heads up for that.⚠️

It's been 3 years since the Newsies won the strike against Pulitzer. Jack Kelly, fearless Manhattan union leader, continues to carry the banner everyday with the other Newsies. Although he may be dating Pulitzer's daughter, he remains loyal to his friends and his roots. Katherine still writes for the sun but can frequently be seen selling papes along side the boys or spending time with Jack & Crutchie, just the three of them in Jack's "penthouse". Jack is ready to take the next step in his relationship with Katherine but can't find the way to begin to tell her how much he loves her. A New-sie Beginning follows Jack and Katherine's relationship and how it grows. Not only does Jack and Katherine's relationship grow but all of the Manhattan Newsies grow up and mature in one way or another after the strike. It also shows how they all come together to create an even stronger bond than before. Tex is my own OC.* Tex's real name is Lexie, but she prefers to go by Tex. She is the daughter of Jack Kelly and Katherine Pulitzer and sees Crutchie as not only a role model but also as a brother. Tex has the writing skills of her mom and the selling and art skills of her dad. She even got a little bit of Crutchie's smile "that spreads like butter." She enjoys selling with the other news boys but her main love is theatre. Tex always steals Jack's blue flannel shirt to wear over her green tank top. When not selling she's either at Medda's theatre or helping her mom write an article for The Sun. She's a fighter and the Delancey Brothers don't frighten her at all.
