Newtina Stories

This is a one-shot in which Newt is about to meet Tina again, months after he had to return to London in December. There's no misunderstanding concerning a fake engagement to Leta, no Grindelwald's threat anymore or a ban preventing Newt from traveling abroad. NOTE: I've decided to turn it into a multi-chapter. :-) Newt's POV.

It's 2040, technology dominates the world. Newt is an environmental activist. After a protest that went out of control, he gets targeted by dangerous people. To protect him Thesus leaves him in Tina's care. An android that was given to Thesus after its former owner perished.

I've fallen in love with Newt Scamander and I feel that I have to mend his damaged relationship with Tina after she believes he's got engaged to Leta Lestrange, because of a goddamned mistaken article published in the newspapers. This is a one-shot in which Grindelwald has been killed during his escape attempt and Credence tracked and located by Albus and Aberforth Dumbledore after they found out about the young man's true identity. Besides, the British Ministry of Magic never forbid Newt to travel abroad after the mass media declared him the unorthodox hero of New York (much to his utter embarrasment). So there's no interference, this is just pure romance and reunion for my latest addition to my list of favourite couples from fiction: Newtina. I hope you enjoy this. It's all from Newt's POV.

"Why do you always leave late at night?!" Newt screamed, after catching you red handed trying to leave the house unnoticed, his voice cracking, it was full of anger and...sadness. "I-I..." You could only look down to the floor, clenching your fist that was holding your case, avoiding his eyes, the eyes you loved so much, the eyes that you want to stare into for eternity, the eyes that you still can't figure out its colour. "I what?!!" You winced, this is the first time he ever shouted at you. You don't want him to know. Goodbye. After the loss of Credence and the reveal of Grindlewald, Newt was planning to publish his "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them" book. He thought about returning to New York again when he receives an Owl from MACUSA. Tina Goldstein along with Queenie and Jacob were coming back to HIM in London. But Why? Newt didn't mind at all but, he KNEW he'd fallen in love with Tina, and he won't let her run off.... She wants her to stay.... (P.S. THIS STORY HAS A FLASHBACK SO SOMETHING AND PEOPLE ARE BACK IN THE PAST AND AREN'T EXACTLY TRUE OR MEANT TO BE THERE BUT I PUT IT ANYWAYS BECAUSE IT'S FANFICTION :))

Gellert Grindelwald. Albus Dumbledore had wished to never hear that name again. The name of someone he had once loved - and still did. Grindelwald is back - out of prison and willing to start a war to make his dream come true - the dream of a 'greater world'. He only needs one person to make that dream come true. And that person is currently on their way to Paris. This is how I imagined and wished the Crimes of Grindelwald to be (major events and plot points are heavily different from the new movie, so there will probably be NO SPOILERS. I wrote this a few months ago, even before the trailers came out). Everybody has their own struggle to choose a side. People whose lives are completely different, but they all are part of a huge puzzle. One of these people is the second darkest wizard in history and another is the only person who was able to stop him. It is also about heartbreak and falling in and out of love. A story about pride and a dream that turned into a nightmare.

It's been 5 years since Tina has seen her sister or Newt, and now they're finally with her...but not for long. ~ Beginning with Tina's short role in SOD and expanding upon the final scenes for Newtina fluff, angst, and tying up some loose ends with other characters and plotlines. ~ A few notes about my writing: - always clean: no swearing, nothing inappropriate, etc. - this does overlap with some of the actual scenes of SOD so credit to all the lovely writers, directors, and actors whose work I'm adapting for those parts - some of my ideas for parts of this fic came from friends and from headcanons online & I will do my best to give them credit where it is due ! please let me know if I ever fail to credit or miscredit someone <3

Then Tina receives word that there's a new book on the market - Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Newt is coming back. But when he returns, he brings news that his old friend Leta Lestrange is going to be visiting. Soon, Tina learns that she must make a decision about her love for Newt.
