From 1999 to 2005, Light reigned over the world as a "God" and a mass murderer known to the world as Kira. Meanwhile, more than halfway across the world, Marie tries to live her life as any other person would, as she deals with loss, fake friends, lies, and the effect that Kira has placed on the world. In 1999, not only does Light find the Death Note and decides to use it to rid the world of evil, but Marie tries to get by as propaganda rises with the Y2K scare. The propaganda dies down when Kira rises and Marie is convinced her prayers have been answered. However, she doesn't know the monster that Kira will become.

Welcome to Scarian oneshots! There is only going to be 12 of them, one per month but each oneshot is going to be on one specific holiday from each month. Art isn't mine. I wish I knew who draw it but I don't. If it's on the picture, then I'm blind as a ghost for not seeing it.

this isn't poetry. this isn't fiction. this is just my real life. basically a diary. doctor appointments, healing, bad days, good days & the random thoughts in between. some entries might be funny, some messy, some emotional. this is my 2026... unfiltered.

Iwaizumi had his ear buds in, listening to music, as he watched the passengers getting off of the flight now making their way into the airport. He smiled to himself when a familiar tune rang through his ears as the song changed. "I have loved you since we were 18" It was the song that Oikawa had sung to him that night in his room. He couldn't help but think about how much the words rang true for him in this moment. "Long before we both thought the same thing" An announcement rang out over the speaker that informed everyone that boarding for the flight would be happening in just a moment. He gathered his bag and stood up, stretching his back, and started to move over to line up when his group was called. "To be loved and to be in love" But he caught something out of the corner of his eye that made him stop completely. Surely it couldn't be... "And all I can do is say that these arms are made for holding you" Walking off of the plane was someone that he knew. Someone with the softest hair imaginable and the cutest giggle and the widest smile and the biggest heart. "And I want a love like you made me feel...when we were 18."

it's that time of year where all the college kids come home with a bag of laundry and a smile on their face. Y/n is one of them. Since she moved to LA for photography and college she hasn't seen her family since she left. She gets a month off and goes to see her family. But things turn odd for her when she bumps into her ex girlfriend... This is a short story because I wanted to write a Christmas story and not just a one-shot.

In the modern day Atlantis, a university professor prepares for a lonely New Year's celebration. She is caught between despising her aging father and missing a long lost twin brother, trying her best to stay calm and collected in her loneliness. And her brother would like nothing better than to keep her company. Yet that is not so easy for those already many decades dead. While not quite a ghost, Plume finds himself in a complicated position, as he now belongs with those whose touch is as cold as the slowly falling snow. Little actions bring great consequences. This young adult wants to begin the year with a step out of his comfort zone. He plans to do something daring: slap a soldier and run. He goes on to execute it but it doesn't go as planned. He decides to join the army after his experience. Find out what happens to him.
