He becomes best friends with Liam Payne. They spent years together. They were the perfect pair. Unfortunately, that all came down when Liam was forced to move to America when they were only 11. After years of not speaking or seeing each other, the old friends reunite. But as more unfolds about their years apart, the more they might just need each other more than ever. (A/N: This story will involve self harm and attempted suicide, so read at your own discretion. Also, as the characters get older, they might curse some, so be prepared. Lastly, all I own is the plot line. 1D owns themselves.)

Everybody is born with a tattoo on their wrist, it's a seed. The closer they get to meeting their soulmate, the more the tattoo grows. Once they fall in love, it turns into a rose. Everyone's rose is different, and everyone is always looking at their wrist, checking, waiting. But Niall is different, he wears a bandage over his tattoo, and covers that with bracelets.
