The best surprise about working at Junk N' Stuff was being able to go on missions. As soon as she started working there, rumors started spreading that a new villain was in town, one that no one had ever heard of before. A therapist was breaking up couples, and Henry and Laurel, who had grown almost inseparable since she started working there, wanted to get to the bottom of it. Laurel was slowly finding a purpose for her life, and she actually found friends that made everything brighter. Things never go exactly as planned. Just as quickly as Laurel's life changed for the better, things exploded. They say that it is easy to follow your heart, but Laurel knew better than that. Hearts lied. People lied.
