The respective leaders have entered The Golden Masquerade with the intention of twisting Mask City culture in their favor. It's up to M.A.S.C. to stop them during the Golden Masquerade.

15-year-old Julia lives in a world where evil sea creatures, from crocodiles to sea dragons, roam the waters.
