She is fearful of others in a social class higher than hers, and that is basically everyone. She is a kind, caring person who is willing to help anyone in need. No matter what. She is bullied because she isn't like an ordinary 21st century citizen. Mrs Raymond, is a local councillor who is currently expecting a child. She is the type of person you can compare to Miss Honey from Matilda. She is willing to hear out any problems from the clients she gets and in any way she can she tries to help. 4 different characters interlink into one story. This story relates to school hierarchy and how it affects daily life.
