Star shot the final free throw watching in what felt like slow motion to her, as the ball swooshed into the net. Joy filled her body as the buzzer ran and her point appeared on the score board granting her team the win. Her teammates quickly piled on top of her sharing the shared happiness over the win. I am taking my writing seriously now so this book will 100% be finished this year God willing . The reason I wrote this is because I simply cannot seem to consume enough black lesbian media and I want stories where homophobia and racism aren't a issue. We already deal with that in real life so fiction should be a place where we can escape (IN MY OPINION). Black lesbians that deal with regular problems and navigate them healthily ( sometimes). Got sum on me, like its Voodoo

Avery and Taylor hit the road, a sense of liberation in their hearts as they leave behind the familiar for the big, wide world. Every mile brings the possibility of adventure and the freedom to rewrite the story they always thought was written for them.

Based upon the characters on MTV's Faking It. Amy and Karma had known each other for practically their whole lives. Their relationship was something unique and incredible. It was the friendship that you could only wish for. But who's to say that it couldn't change. Karma and Amy had always been together, they hadn't spent a minute apart unless they had to. They were joint at the hip and knew everything about each other. But when life had other plans for them, their friendship had changed. Follow them on their path through life.
