Meanwhile, in the heat of an ongoing investigation, Congressman Bucky Barnes and his girlfriend Maria Petrova are forced to make unlikely alliances in order to stop an even greater threat. A threat that will also force them to confront their darkest memories. None of them are aware of an even greater force that threatens them, their loved ones, and their very world.
