This is the Begining of Kazutora and Chifuyus friendship to Lovers! After Kazutora got out of prison he apologized to Chifuyu for Bajis death as he is still balming himself for that. Chifuyu on the other hand forgives Kazutora for that and that's when their friendship begins.
