When June Adams is knocked into a coma by her one true enemy no one knows if she will survive. June Adams is a 17 year old girl in her last year of high school. She has always been one for adventure and never lets anything stand in her way. There is one thing that not many people know about her though, except her best friends and boyfriend, she has been fighting for her life for the past 8 years. She was diagnosed with leukaemia when she was 9 and was given 2 years to live. Now 8 years later she is living a happy healthy life until her worst enemy comes back to haunt her. Now she is fighting for her life against something that could send her life crashing down.

Some say life is easy but for me it's the hardest thing. Maybe it's just that they haven't tasted the truth,maybe it's that they haven't seen how the world really is as for me I've seen it all murder, theft,and the worst of it all poverty. I mean not everything is bad it's just the way you look at things or maybe you're just really ignorant. My birthday is coming up do you know what it's like not to have a birthday, not to enjoy life. My parents won't even let me leave the house I'm stuck in this hell hole and they don't even know how depressed I am I need help and they ain't giving it to me. The only things I look forward to is hanging with some of my closes friends but I can't even do that. You're probably thinking is this real is she really in this much pain this much misery everything you're reading is the realist thing you'll ever read am I mentally screwed up I don't think so everybody that I know believes truly in there hearts that I'm crazy. They could be right but Idk.

So I'm Micayla and I feel like my two best friends Mia and Samantha are excluding me from their friendship! I'm the one who brought them together, now I feel like a third wheel! Sometimes I wish that I never moved to Montana. My life pretty much sucks, so why not make a handbook?
