This is very much a positive story, and there's little to no angst! Nobody dies, there's no stupid misunderstanding arc, and there will be NO love triangles. Some still hunger for human flesh. Walking the grey lines between Survivor and Walker and Curado is Teddy de Santos, a Carrier of the virus. Though undoubtedly undead - with half a face to prove it - he has a rare condition: all the powers and strength of a Walker, and all the morals and intelligence of a human.
