When he was 13, he was sent to Maudsley's Hospital in South London, and he's been there for three years. One day, a boy comes to visit his younger brother in the hospital. Niall isn't sure if the boy is real, but he hopes to God that he is. (Or Louis Tomlinson has to figure out a way to prove that he's real to the sick boy that caught his eye at the mental hospital.)
