The people are all happy as there is no suffering and the government treats everyone with equality. Yet mostly everything is run by a mix of robots and humans. The main character Alex lives with her parents, twin brother Adam and younger sister Raven. She is set to start college and is guaranteed to get in, as failure no longer exists. However she learns that without suffering in the world there is no compassion. Especially when she loses her parents unexpectedly.

*I don't own these people. They are real people, with real lives, and real stories. This is just a... reimagining of they're lives. Some names have been changed for anonymity purposes. This is a fanfiction I'm writing for one of my good friends . This story is incomplete, I'll probably add onto it a lot. I've gotten pretty good responses from other websites, but just wanted to see what you all think of it. And yes, I realize these characters are pretty young. No smut. This is good, clean fanfiction. Only "indecencies" are they have a pool party, and some girls are in swimsuits, but it doesn't go into detail, and there is kissing. It's a fanfic, what do you expect? Summary: John and Sydney have liked each other since the third grade. On graduation night, they finally realize that they like each other. No plot quite yet, but I'm working on it.
