She didn't know what would happen, but she knew that if she stopped counting to four whatever life had in store for her would turn bad. Fast. When her brother Kai comes home for the first time in a while, he sees how loud the voices in his little sister's head have gotten and decides to take things into his own hands. The decision changes everything for Bella and ends up making everything much more complicated.

Her pulse betrays her. Her skin betrays her. Everything in her betrays her. He steps into her house like he never left - like the space remembers him too. And then Jennie's sleepy voice rings out. Her eyes widen. She runs straight toward him with pure joy. "Daddaaa!" Ethan catches her effortlessly, lifting her with strong arms that used to hold Anastasia the same way. His gaze finds Anastasia over Jennie's shoulder, dark, certain, claiming. He didn't come for forgiveness. He didn't come to talk. He came because he's done letting her run. But Anastasia's chest tightens with a truth she's fought to forget: With all that has happened in the past, she's not sure she can ever let him in again. Even if a small, treacherous part of her still burns at the sound of his voice.

Life was never easy on Tyler Copeland. He'd struggled with a number of mental disorders for as long as he could remember, subject to bullying at school and neglect at home. But he always had his best friend Monica by his side. Now that they had finally graduated high school, Monica was due to travel interstate for university, when tragedy struck. "We were supposed to walk home together..." Trying to turn the page after "the incident" that shook his perspective on life, Tyler finds love in the most unexpected places and realises perhaps he doesn't have to face everything alone. A journey of recovery, self-acceptance, trust and first love. Follow Tyler's personal mission to discover the truth, as he learns to accept fate and himself. This is an original work of fiction, not fanfiction. It explores the butterfly effect, mental disorder, forms of abuse (sexual, physical, mental, emotional), LGBT romances, violence and drug use. This novel is an ongoing passion project for me, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I hope you enjoy. Also, side note, there are a few mature scenes that contain sexual content, so if you aren't comfortable with that then you might have to skip a few chapters here and there. Otherwise, enjoy! Alex is a 15 year old girl, struggling with 15 year old girl things. She skipped a couple grades at a young age, and is now coming to terms with the fact that she is growing up faster than she expected. This book is about all of her struggles and thoughts and hopefully, how she overcomes it. I've never written a novel before, and I based Alex off me. Writing this is really just therapy for me, I hope that reading Alex's story will give you some kind of comfort. Always remember you are not alone. xoxo
