That is why it is best to look toward the beginning of things, rather than what it became; because only then will you truly understand. It didn't happen ages ago in a land far away-but it happened right here, right now, in an ordinary town with ordinary kids. Let me tell you my story of how it all began. Piper is an ordinary child with many friends and a younger sister. One ordinary day, Piper walks to school but is interrupted when a strange man comes up and offers her a free pendant. Her parents always told her to stay away from strangers, but this man wouldn't give up. Finally, Piper took the pendant. The man went away (thankfully) and Piper just threw the pendant into her backpack and ran to school. She didn't know though, that this pendant could change the way she lived forever.

What better way to discover a part of yourself than to fall down a rabbit's hole? I mean, Cindy sure seemed pretty keen on wanting to escape her horrid family. Oh? You think I mean Cinderella? Think again. This ballerina has more moves than you know. This is for Target's #OnceUponNow contest (which I'm barely beating the deadline on submitting btw) and as I was writing I realized I really like where this story was going. It's really rough and definitely needs to be edited ever so badly by someone who hasn't been staring at it, trying to finish it all day. So, please, my lovelies, enjoy, read, and do what you see fit.
