I met Brix a year ago and this is my thoughts on some of it I could've gone deeper but I had a break down and it's late so this is what I could think of

Can't believe it's been a year. . .

It's Been A Year I Couldn't Believe I Was DEAD Wait Am I DEAD ? Just Read 😏

I was 17 when I found the guy of my dreams, the only problem? He didn't live in the same state, no where close actually. He was at least in the same time zone, so I never had to worry about late night phone calls being missed or missing the chance to facetime because of it. I would compare our love to Romeo and Juliet, but obviously without the dying. Everyone told us that it wouldn't last... That the distance would cause us to lose faith or that we were too young to even know what love was. But that wasn't the case for us... Our love was real no matter the distance, or the obstacles that were placed in front of it. We only had to wait till I turned 18 so I could hop on a plane and never look back at the crappy state I was in. That was the plan, the goal, it was everything. When we would start to doubt everything we would talk about our future. Where we would move, what kind of cars or jobs. We had everything planned for the most part. We just had to wait for the long year to end for our love to be in person and not just through the phone or letters. A year.. Not much can change in a year right?

This is based on a true story of a relationship that started off incredible and is starting to dim down.

Danielle was a happy normal teenager, until she finds out that her mom is pregnant, this would all be fine, if she knew that she would live long enough to see her born. A few weeks before Danielle finds out that she will have a sister, the doctors tell her she has terminal cancer and only has a year to live, she will try to make her last year of life as exciting and fufilling as it can be.

As the four Seasons fill the measure of the year, it takes in all the beauty with an easy span. The seasons mentioned in the poem are autumn, winter, summer and rainy sharing the idea that they structure the actual rhythms & symbolic passages of life.
