what if Dorian gray stayed pure and innocent by heart. What if it was a gift not a curse what if it was from god I get up another, another chance. I try to smile but my face doesn't want to. I splash water in my face. I look at myself. Didn't age a bit, just as perfect as ever, the only thing that has changed is the world around me. I do not own dorian gray the rest of the characters i do own ( i think)

Tara Gilesbie is failing her English class. No, she's not one of those honors kids who claim that they're failing when they really have a B. She has a literal F on her report card for English. So when she's asked to write a short story to bring up her grade, she does the only sane thing that a girl like her could do. It can't be that hard to resurrect Oscar Wilde and get him to write her story, right? But there's something a little bit...different about her teacher's favorite author. He can't spell or use grammar properly, so Tara gets Edgar Allan Poe to be his beta reader. The two of them have epic plans to write a "gothic reinterpretation of Harry Potter," but will it work out, or will the whole project crash and burn? A short tale about the origins of the world's worst fanfiction: the infamous "My Immortal." Special thanks to @RadioSpirit for making the cover! If you want to check out the original My Immortal, @gayonetta reposted it on Wattpad.

This little short is just me playing around with magical realism, inspired by Disney's "Paperman." An avid fan of Oscar Wilde reminiscences her past admiration towards an accomplished pianist and wishes to see him again. A few friends help her along the way... This is just a little taste of the characters. I may return to them and expand on their story in the future. :)

This short story was my first, and in my opinion, the best. What happens when the protagonist of a story, Dracula, somehow chases the author, Stoker, in this case, right back to his home, chasing after his wife. This story is full of historical facts, including that the renown author Oscar Wilde actually had girlfriends. (I mention this as the story was rejected by a magazine because they claimed Wilde was gay and never had girlfriends.) I gave this story a touch of Victorian English as well.

Three different people, three different views, three different worlds. Innocence that is looked down upon and innocence as art. A young boy becomes a muse, an idol, an icon. The young Dorian Devereux has a certain magic to him, he has a charming beauty, he looks as if touched by an angel, carved by michelangelo himself, painted by carravagio. A photographer falls in love with his magical aura but accidentally introduces him to a hedonistic talent scout. Who tries to lead Dorian into a life of fame, sensuality and illegal activities. Untill someone points out the terrifying similarities between him and his namesake, Dorian gray...... ~~~~~~ a book inspired by my favourite book: The Picture of Dorian Gray. And my favourite writer Oscar Wilde. This is my way of showing how thankful I am to the great writers in this world which have inspired me so much since I was young.

Pretty much this is what came from me doing a creative writing task at school and deciding to expand and elaborate upon it a bit more. I do not own the poem at the end, the credit for that of course goes to Oscar Wilde. (It's my favourite poem and it is featured in another short story I have written) Uh hmm... Not really much else except hopefully you enjoy.

About a nightingale who sacrificed his life for a single rose, which is to gain the favor of a longed-for girl for a student in love. By Oscar Wilde I don't own Oscar Wilde or 'The nightingale and the rose'. I just translated the story from my native language and wanted to spread this wonderful work this way because I was interested in the story. English is not my native language, so I apologize for any mistakes. If you don't like the story or my translation, please don't report or leave hate comments. I do not try in any way to steal or change or interfere with the work. I just translated the story. Only the cover and pictures are made by me. All credits go to the author's story If anyone has a problem, I have no problem deleting the book right away.
