Given it's an AU of an AU and how it deviates from canon a lot (it's also a crossover story), I feel like it can stand on its own. At the time of this story, my version of Frisk went by They/He & Ez goes by They/He/It. If I were to write this today, I'd have them go solely by They/Them here while Ezra is They/It to better align with canon (well in Frisk's case here.
