The point when your haunted by the memories of the person's things that were left behind. This story is about the memories Caleb and Annie had in these chapters and then one chapter will be about how Annie witnesses her big loving brother suffering who she loved dearly....then it will show how she pondered over the thought and how she took it. I wrote this in the midst of a depressive episode, which happened to be triggered by my anxiety (Ironic, huh?). I normally wouldn't post stuff like this, however, I figured this might be able to help someone else who is also struggling with expressing their own thoughts and emotions around their struggles with mental illness. DISCLAIMER: I am not in any way, shape, or form suicidal. I am simply expressing my feelings in a somewhat metaphorical manner.

King Fear is a children's book all wrote in rhyme. Even though this story was wrote for children it teaches a lesson that even grown ups can apply to their lives.

It didn't matter where they were in the world, there was no escaping the gods that ruled society. When the world was first created a hierarchy was set that would never be allowed to change. A set of Gods would govern the world and dictate the laws of it. But there was a catch, the gods would only be allowed to remain in power if the humans below adored them. It was a constant back and forth. One moment I was back there, and then another moment I would find myself asking God for forgiveness of sins that I had vowed never to commit again. I wondered how come I left from preaching at the altar and winning souls to dressing almost half-naked and looking for the opposite gender to mingle with. It was so bad to the point that these attitudes started becoming oblivious to me and I was slowly being swallowed by the other side. The world. It didn't take rocket science for a member of our church to understand that I wasn't myself anymore. My speech, my actions, my carelessness, my absence in voluntary work, and in helping my parents with ministerial matters. My spiritual gifts died, I lost my ability to interpret the scriptures and I skipped church services without knowing. Worst of all, the more I thought about those things, the more I did them as my justifications for my actions only pushed me. "Betty, we've been waiting. Are you coming?" Ava's questioning brought me back to earth, causing my pacing to stop. Last weekend was amazing, I thought. It felt good to dance with Asher. I closed my eyes, releasing the breath I didn't know I'd been holding. "Yes," I opened my eyes. "Yes, I am. Let's go."
