This is just a bunch of stuff I wrote. Recently, I've become more fond of poetry, and I thought about writing one every day to add to this collection. I hope that you know you're not alone and that you're loved. Anna Rogers has overcome many things in life. That includes loss of a brother, her father walking out, and losing her best friend. Life is starting to get better and more normal when she has her first kiss and gets a boyfriend. So when another obstacle is thrown her way, she's determined to overcome it like she did everything else. Even if it's the last thing she does.

It didn't matter where they were in the world, there was no escaping the gods that ruled society. When the world was first created a hierarchy was set that would never be allowed to change. A set of Gods would govern the world and dictate the laws of it. But there was a catch, the gods would only be allowed to remain in power if the humans below adored them. With both the gods and humans content with this deal there is peace on earth. Everything changes when a girl from a no name village named Blossom, discovers the truth about the gods. Blossom knowing something must change decides she will abandon all she knows in order to bring justice to the world. Will Blossom be able to convince everyone that everything they know is a lie, or will Blossom also fall into the corruption that has plagued the planet since its birth?

She can feel the intense vibrations as the helicopter comes in for a landing. The obnoxious "whop- whop" as it slowly descends to the pad has stopped her in her tracks. She looks up at the marvelous machine as she stands on the top of the parking garage. As she peers into the sunset she is in aww that her life is this. She is so used to things falling apart but in this moment, she realizes that everything is ok. All of the trials that she underwent have led her to this. Her new beginning. If you would have asked her just 10 years ago where her life was going to be, she would have never dreamed this to be it. As she gazes at the medical personnel exiting the copter with patient in tow, she can't help but think that this perfect stranger is going through a truly life changing event, and is being brought to this hospital to receive the highest quality care and she is a part of it all. Something about the realization has her overwhelmed with pride. She lowers her neck to line up with the front door, adjust her bag on her shoulder and begins her trail inside.

In the United States, a new disease has surfaced and has a fatality rate of 100%. There is no medicine which can cure this disease. The disease destroys the body from the inside, causing organs to burst, poisons bloodstreams, shuts down vital organs, causes the bones to crystallize and in severe cases, welcomes in the other diseases. The only way to fight such a disease is through the power of will. Only the will to survive can best the disease, causing it to slowly go away as the body fights back. As the victim wants to survive and fights the disease, the better chance they have. But, everyone who has caught the disease gives up hope, and dies a slow and brutal death. This disease is known as Stigma X, or STX. Meet Ashley Reynolds, an 18 year-old girl, who is a senior in high school. Ashley comes from a family who grants her nothing but misery, and hates her very existence. When Ashley caught the disease at the end of her freshman year, the rejoicing coming from Ashley's family caused her heart to falter, and soon found herself welcoming death. For her senior year, Ashley moves into her aunts mansion in order for Ashley to live the life every child deserves. There, Ashley encounters new friends and a guy who has changed her outlook on life. However, the disease inside of Ashley is starting to eat away at her, and the attacks from it causing her excruciating pain. Will Ashley give up on life before she gets a chance to live it out properly? Will the anguish and suffering Ashley endured for her entire life be too much for her to want to continue living?

Being incarcerated for living a life that was presented to you an only way you can make it is thru that life which leads to the cycle behind those silent walls

I wrote this in the midst of a depressive episode, which happened to be triggered by my anxiety (Ironic, huh?). I normally wouldn't post stuff like this, however, I figured this might be able to help someone else who is also struggling with expressing their own thoughts and emotions around their struggles with mental illness. DISCLAIMER: I am not in any way, shape, or form suicidal. I am simply expressing my feelings in a somewhat metaphorical manner.
