Well, I do believe love has no age nor sexuality, but I don't believe that society will treat me well, nor the eyes of the people I love. But what does it take to have your true love? What does it take to get what you want? - what you yearned? What are the consequences? Will my family accept it? This is a poem I wrote recently relating to how I came out as bisexual. The whole thing turns bisexuality into colors (straight and gay people see black and white, as if those are the only two sexualities, I see all the colors because I'm bi). Or I suppose you could relate it to pansexuality as well like people that aren't pan only experience attraction for men and women in the gender binary whereas pansexual people experience attraction for those outside of the gender binary (I may or may not be pan so either way this poem is about me).
