This leads her to being dragged to the Joestar household thanks to a brain-washed Kakyoin. Upon learning about her 'gift,' she is pursuited to tag along with the crusaders to Egypt. Willingly taking the risk leads to the nature of her 'gift' and a permanent change view of life.

Caelan's Stand was complicated. Specter Collector was able to remove Stands and hold them for her to use once. At the same time, she cannot see Stands unless she is touching the Stand user.
