Before I knew it, simply the presence of them reassured me as I felt myself drift off again into a deep sleep. It doesn't matter which person narrative I try it in; It doesn't matter which tense I put it in; It doesn't matter if I omit out all the important people from it; It doesn't matter if I'm the only one alive in the whole world in my story; The story remains the fucking same.
